Waited 6 Months for Sun protector

I took my car for service in March 2015, the sun visor was removed from the car and required new part. I have been told that they have to order a new part (sun visor)and they will contact me via telephone and email when the part is available. i have been following up and been transferred to different departments with no luck.<br> I have called again today and i have been told the person responsible for parts is not at work today.<br> This has been delaying for 6 months now. <br> Hyundai Midrand really i am so disappointed with your service. I waited for 6 months to date to get the simple sun visor? It is spring now i cannot travel long distance without it. Poor customer service
