Very very poor ridiculous service

In September 2014 we purchased a vehicle from them it is now the 10th of February 2016 we still haven't received number plates, spare keys and a lock nut.. we are unable to use the car because the second permit that they gave us has also now expired we are scared of driving it because if we get a puncher it means we wont be able to change the Tyre because we dont have the locknut.. this is not only ridiculous but i think they also taking advantage because we have contacted them several times and we keep getting different stories from different people. there were also issues with the deposit that we paid... it has just been the worst experience ever.
