Very poor and *********** service

Bought a new vehicle a month ago with issues with the contract. The sales person Gary was excellent, a pity he need to work with *********** people. The F&I **** to get a second contract signed where the interest rate was changed and not discussed. It was promised to fix the contract but a month later nothing. Do not get any feedback when requesting an update from the F&I. Added Tracker and Wheel and Rim even after I requested for it to be removed. The Dealer Principle don't even reply on an email complaining about the service. Almost two weeks later the registration and number place money is still not refunded
