Very Bad service / Poor Poor service

I took in my car yesterday the 28/01/2019 at Hyundai Berdfordview Johannesburg 8:30 am for service assisted by Cindy and I was offered a transport and until 4:10 pm in the afternoon no called me back to say the car is done so decided to call in and finding out what is going of which it took long for to get through and final got hold of Sonia who told me Cindy was busy with a customer she was going to ask her to call me back of which did not I had to call in again because at 17:00 pm am supposed to attend a meeting and only then Cindy told me no transport is offered to come back and fetch my car how inconvenient is that ??? for the first time in my life hearing something like that from a dealer only if I new that Hyundai does that to it’s customer I wouldn’t buy any car from them . LESTEN TO THIS UP UNTIL TODAY 29/01/2019HAVE NO CAR AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK FROM HYUNDAI .
