Very bad service

<p>I have bought a second hand car(VW GTI) from the Hyundai dealership in Rossburgh(372 Edwin Swales Drive) and It has had a problem with the engine light, Its been two weeks now since the car has been back with them to sort out, I dont get any sort of feedback or assurity on how the car Is or when I can expect the car, I was **** to and told that the car was taken to VW to get sorted out only to find out after calling VW that the car was never booked In for repairs with them(Because obviosly one knows that with VW It would take a day or two and not two weeks), I eventually found out that the car Is getting repaired In another Mechanics yard. I have to continuasly call the mechanic and drive through to him to find out what Is going on with the car, which Is Inconviniant to me as the customer. I have not got any joy from the dealership(Raj and his manager Thiesen)</p>
