Very Bad after sales services

We bought a secondhanded i20 on the 14 April 2016 form Hyundai Weltevreden Park. Sales Person: Christo Wessels. They gave us a Temporary Licences as are the custom for buying a new vehicle (ONLY VALID FOR A MONTH). Now (the 4 May 2016) after many phone calls and emails that WE made to the DEALER following up on the permanent licence. Christo Wessels confirmed there is something wrong with the ID number. When we bought the car we filled out 5 forms completing the ID number on all of them and he made copies of the ID and drivers licence. This just confirmed to me IF WE DIDN’T FOLLOW UP ON THE LICENCE Christo Wessels WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE IT.!! STALLING TACTIC!!!!! It is easy to sell a vehicle and get payment for it but very BAD After sales services. A person pays a lot for services and it is sad to see when a professional dealer like Hyundai Weltevreden Park doesn’t deliver. SHOCKING. So we are waiting for a response from Hyundai Weltevreden Park and Christo Wessels confirming when we can expect the license.
