Vehicle still unlicensed - after THREE months!!!

Took delivery of our new Hyundai Tucson N Sport from Hyundai Germiston on 17 October 2020. It's now 3 months to date (27 Jan 2021), and our Tucson is without a license disc!!! The dealer has blatantly **** and made numerous empty promises. I have also been in contact with the dealer principal Anil in recent weeks, who has also not given this matter the seriousness it deserves. The last three times I've called for him, he's refused to take or return my calls. We're presently driving around in an unlicensed vehicle!!!
