Vehicle Sent in for Service came back damaged

Hi<br> <br> Two weeks ago i sent in my vehicle to Hyundai Springfield for a 30k service and it came back with a small removable scratch and a loose bumper meaning that the vehicle was driven into something whilst left for a service at a very slow speed.<br> <br> I have contacted Hyundai several times and they keep on saying their manager will contact me, and the manager HAS NEVER contacted me.<br> <br> I drive a Hyundai Veloster and now it looks horrible and i deserve for them to own up to the damage and fix it !!!!!<br> <br> It seems that they are not taking this very seriously as also my car makes a huge creeky noise when i turn or drive over an un-even road. Its like im driving an old ship.<br> <br> How can my vehicle come back from a service in this condition, when it was perfectly fine before the service as i only needed a minor service, new wipers, a rear licence plate bulb change and the cleaning of dust from my break pads.<br> <br> I hope somebody hears me out hear and my problem with Hyunda i fixed as soon as possible as i use this vehicle everyday.<br> <br> I do not want to discuss anything with somebody over the phone now as i have been doing that over the past 2 weeks. I need Hyundai to tell me when to bring my vehicle.
