Vehicle is very bad condition

Been dealing with the dealer and wont cancel deal due to compaints below<br> <br> I wish to cancel the deal on the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8, Reg. No.: VNP 023 GP <br> Due to the following faults:<br> 1. All 4 Alloy wheels are buckled <br> 2. Oil Leaks<br> 3. Constant Smell of Fuel<br> 4. Vehicle Failed Roadworthy Certificate and still not roadworthy or registered in my name<br> 5. Vehicle not performing as should<br> 6. Vehicle misfires<br> 7. Electrical problems<br> 8. No Spare Key<br> 9. Irregularities on deal file<br> 10. Wheel speed sensor not working<br> 11. Brakes not in good condition<br> Please I need urgent attention to this cancellation and would like a response to this within 24 hrs or else I will go to the Motor Industry Ombudsman<br> <br> Thanking you<br> Regards<br> FWJ Venter
