VEH REGISTRATION

I purchased a BMW 118i with Hyundai in bryanston. It took them 4 months before I finally received my contract. they informed me they would fetch the veh in June to get it registered under my name with BMW for warranty plan. they only fetched veh in July and clearly I don't know what was done as I called BMW yesterday to book the veh in for service only to be informed that the veh is still registered under the old owner's name and therefore they wont be able to service the vehicle for me. I called David yesterday and he informed me he would give me feedback regarding this as the veh registration was done. I called today and he is not in the office and no feedback was given to me and my car needs service. purchasing a preowned veh is not a good idea and Hyundai has made it a nightmare for me and I don't think I would recommend anyone to go there considering the obstacles I continue to have with them. I need my car serviced and I need the registration showing change of ownership.
