Useless service

Hyundai is one of the most useless companies i have ever come across. How do you drop off a vehicle for a service at the dealership and only get offered a shuttle to drop you off at work but it doesn't pick you up? And the service adviser only tells you this when he calls to notify you that the vehicle is ready.
