Useless

Hyundai Heidelberg is the worst dealership you can find! Before buying a car you get the best service and treatment but what comes afterwards you are on your own!

I first had my smash and grab incorrectly installed, took it back and it went from bad to worse... 6 months later still waiting for it to be replaced. Bought the car and I was told there is a service plan included, when I take my car in for a service they contacted me to tell me that it's not.

Poor service, poor customer care, poor communication!
