Useless

<p>On 22/11/2016, my husband and I test drove a Hyundai I20 Glide at Hyundai Germiston. This was a second hand motor vehicle and the sales man was Thabo Baard. We also met with his manager Zaine Bobat. I explained that another dealer was going to purchase my current vehicle. To cut a long story short, this never happened at 28/11/2016. We did tell them both that we are interested in the I20. On the Tuesday 29/11/2016, my husband tried calling Thabo in the afternoon to let hin know that we will coming in on Wednesday to finalise the deal on the I20. The receptionist told us that he was out on a demo but would call as soon as he returns. Several calls were made but Thabo never called back. On Wednesday, my husband tried calling again but could not get hold Thabo on his cell number. He apparanetly could not hear him. Eventually Thabo could "hear" him and told my husband that the vehicle was sold. Why did Hyundai not call us to ask if we were still interesed or not. NO BUT THEY JUST SOLD IT. According to Thabo it's Hyundai system and any dealership can sell the vehicle. Well clearly this sytem does not work. Thabo apoligised to my husband and stated in an SMS that he has a similar vehicle for me. So I went to Hyundai on Thursday 01/12/2016. On arrival, the manager Zaine was at Bedfordview to view another I20 for me. Thabo told me that Zaine would contact me when he returned on Thursday afternoon. Today is Wednesday 07/12/2016 and guess what???? NO ONE FROM HYUNADI GERMSITON HAS CALLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Furthermore, there is a total lack of communication in this branch. Zaine & Thabo are aware that I had a bad experience once before at Germiston branch and they assured me they would make it right....so the bad same old story continues. </p>
