Jacques used to work for Jag Aluminium. During this time we signed a quote with him to install a stack door for us. During the period of us signing the quote and him installing he started working for Hyundai. He installed the door but didn't silicon and plaster where he had damaged our wall. He committed to coming back to complete but asked for full payment. We paid in full in good faith. He has since not come back to finish the job. He is not trust worthy and is unreliable. I shudder to think he sells cars and will certainly not be supporting him or the hyundai branch that he works for given this broken trust.
