Unprofessional Service at Hyundai Bellville Cape Town

I am very disappointed with Hyundai Bellville, Cape Town service. Firstly I bought a brand new Hyundai i10 grand on 10 April 2018. When I washed the car for the first time I noticed a small scratch on the bumper, not made by me and when i looked back on the photos I took on the day i got the car, with me standing next to it, i saw that scratch was there. Basically I left the dealership with a brand new car with scratch on. Besides the fact that I got so much attitude from the dealer that sold me the car.

Secondly they fixed the scratch spraying/blending it in but now finding scratches that was never there and the bumper was sprayed so unprofessionally and a grill that is damaged. Now they want to exchange my bumper with a demo cars bumper basically making it a second hand car that is barely a month old.

Thirdly my fourth gear is making a vibrating sound and they are just willing to fix it. I paid cash for my car and they are really playing with my money that I worked extremely hard to save up. I am taking this matter further.

I strongly suggest to not buy any cars at Hyundai Bellville. Extremely disappointed in their customer services and how they handle after sales.
