Unprofessional Hyundai service

The worst experience ever! Hyundai Hillcrest has the most unprofessional staff and they are the biggest ***** and never come through on their promises.

I purchase a vehicle 3 years ago from Hyundai Hillcrest and even upon purchase, I encountered many issues with them. Today, 3 years later, after trading in my vehicle with another dealership, I am still experiencing issues and Hyundai head office says there is nothing they can do to assist.

I will never advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from Hyundai as it seems like it's not just the dealership, but Hyundai as a whole that's an issue.
