Unpleasant service expirence

I am so disappointed at the service we getting at hyundia Springfield ,firstly the last time my car went for service ,they did stamp the service book till this point nobody has checked or called me.

Secondly ,when I booked online for service ,I didn't not get an confirmation as to my booking was confirmed ,I went up online to check trading times when I had called my call was put through on hold till the 13:00,I'm not sure how they work at that branch but it needs serious intervention .

So I called again on Monday morning to check my bookings my calls where transfered 3three before I got hold of the unfriendly receptionist and I had told her my problems I had encountered she still insist I wait for confirmation but I couldn't as I had no millage my car needed to be booked.

Service is terrible and unpleasant at all...please send staff for customer services training if needed so .
