Unnecessary Repairs Costs - Hyundai Hatfield

Beware of inflated repair bills and unnecessary work and costs at Hyundai Hatfield. I took my Hyundai for a 135 000 km service and was advised that the brake pads needed to be replaced as they were beyond the limits. I approved the repair and requested the worn brake pads. On examination and measurement it was clear that the brake pads did not need to be replaced and were replaced unnecessarily. After presenting the evidence and discussing with the service agent and dealer principal and a multitude of e mails I have been ghosted and have had no responses after they acknowledged receiving the e mail with my complaint and proposed solution. The dealer principal does not tale my calls or return my messages. Beware, this dealership obviously has something to hide.
