Unfair pricing to customer

Good evening team , i phoned your office looking for a truck, I was then directed to Benoni for a demo truck which I was told that is costing R470 000.00. The sales person Randhi from Benoni phoned to visit the dealer to view the truck , which j visited them yesterday 23 Nov 2022 and I was taken to Boksburg to view the truck with Arthur. He showed me the other truck which was available since the demo truck on sale was out.I then told the sale person Randhi that I m happy with truck can he send me the invoice, He rep**** to my mail saying the price of the truck is R460 000.00 he agreed with his manager to sale the truck at that amount.i insisted for the invoice i was told that I will get it in the morning today before 8h30 am , I have been waiting for the invoice since morning till during the day.I phoned the deal leaving messages for he was not responding.during the day I was then transferred to the manager and he told me that he can't sell the truck to me at that amount since Randhi never included vat , I then told him is the price I was given can he please honor it since I have it on a mail.he promised to send an invoice even now I'm still waiting.i m sending this text because if I don't get the truck at that amount I will take this to the consumer ombudsman.
