Unfair dealings.

I'm a client who decided to buy a new car not just a new one but my first. Hyundai was my first choice but I ended up buying KIA due to my own reasons. I ended up with two contract (Kia and Hyundai) because I was mislead and now I'm being forced to take a Hyundai that I cant afford. Where is the service or even humanity.

I tried to come to terms with this but honestly I feel cheated and **** to because I am being threatened to take a car that wasn't taken for delivery. Just because the dealership processed my application and accepted money from the bank with assumption that the car will be taken now I have to pay over R450 000.00 that I dont have. I tried to mediate this case that causes my family sleepless nights but the case is seen as if it has no merits.

I can't afford to pay the Hyundai and I'm paying for a car that is claimed to be registered under my name. The car is still with the dealership and I never drove or felt how it drives. I will never leave this alone till I get my satisfaction and I won't take the car at your dealership. If you threaten me with paying extra then this matter is in process and your dealership practice will be exposed through media.

I know that I'm not the only consumers dealing with this type of a problem.
