Unacceptable service of Hyundai

During October 2018 I experienced problems with my Tucson’s air conditioner. I visited one off dealers, West Vaal in Secunda on three accations where after they decided to register with Hyundai SA a warranty claim.

This claim was submitted according to West Vaal during the week of November the 5th. I have contacted them constantly and I was assured the next week on every call.

I’m furthermore not satisfied with the following defects which was reported to the Witbank and Bronkhorstspruit branches
