Unacceptable customer service

It has taken this branch almost 3 months to fix my sales representatives car....with zero contact from them. The only time we had a response was when we hounded them. I have never witnessed this dismal type of service ever. We are dealing with a single mom desperately in need of her vehicle. I will be removing Hyundai lambton as a Ad**** Ingram pharmaceuticals supplier ASAP. Hyundai Lambton...you should be ashamed of yourself. Diane Liebenberg
