Unable to resolve vehicle problem

I bought a 2011 Hyndai Santa Fe in October 2014. within the 3 month warranty period ther was a knocking noise from the front of the vehicle. All that was done was the central nuts were tightened, no further investigation was done. The car went back to them a year later with same problem . After a full day at Bellville I was told the car had to come back for further diagnosis. Due to time issues I took the car to milnerton. All they did was tighten the central nuts again, no further investigation done. Earlier this year same problem again but worse. Milnerton quoted me on washers to be replaced, R2300. I took the car to Bellville for a towbar issue and asked them to change the washers. They informed me it was the inner CV joints and not the washers. If I had taken my car to milnerton i would have wasted money on the wrong item.

Bellville informed the warranty had expired so they would not repair even though this problem originated within the warranty period. Iwas totally dissapointed / disgusted in hyundai that I took the car to Autostation in Bellville for an evaluation. They discovered that all 4 CV joints were totally worn. Autostation replaced all the CV's at my cost. I have retained one of the CV joints as proof of the damage.

I have a problem with both Milnerton and Bellvile as they say they can't see the vehicles history at the others branch. I have driven this car for over 2 years with this problem which has caused me substantial displeasure. My main issue is that neither of the branches looked at the CV joints. Because this problem started within the waranty period I want Hyudai to refund me the repair costs.

The history of the vehicle is on your computer system. Hyundai customercare does not want to assist me or Bellville or Milnerton. So what now???
