UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH CAR BREAKDOWN! CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY

My car refuses to start and is under service plan and warranty. I called road side assist yesterday, they are unable to tow the car as its parked on a steep driveway and its automatic. if they roll it down it will lock the break and swerve and possibly hit the wall on the sides.

They asked me to call Hyundai and get a tech on site to at least start the car and take it to the workshop. I called Hyundai Pinetown now, they refuse to do it as they said its road side assist responsibility to get the car to them.

I called road side, I told them if anything happens to the car while trying to tow it, the cost will be on them. they refused and said they will call Hyundai and speak to the manager, Simone. When Bafana gets put through to the manager, he cuts the call. How unprofessional!

I am paying for the car still and for the maintenance. I expect and answer as I need the car it’s my only form of transport.

It should not be breaking down it is only 2years old!!!!!!!!!!!
