TYRES

This email was sent on Friday and still no feedback - Herewith I want to log a HUGE COMPLAINT regarding the Hyundai IX35 I bought from your branch 19 August 2015.When Isaac showed me the car for the first time for a test drive he told us that al 4 tyres will be replaced as the tyres are already worn out. That was the deal and I was not informed that it will not be done, only when I came to collect the car.On the 19th when I came to collect the car only 2 tyres was replaced and I was told that the other two tyres are still in VERY VERY GOOD CONDITION - almost brand new...So yes I accepted it and what do I anyway know about tyres as my husband was not with me that day.I was told that the car was sent for road worthy and all was in good condition, but I don't understand how the car can go through the test if the service was not done, the brake pads was also finished but went through the road test like that....a week after I got the car I had to take the car back to have the service done and they replaced the brake pads as it was in such bad condition.I attached the pictures of BOTH rear tyres for you to see the unsafe condition the tyres are.
