treated bad by dealer

I have a hyundai atos 1.1 gls and I bought this car since 2013 march and I took this car to the dealer because both front windows doesnt close properley, twice the dealer had order parts for me but still the windows doesn't close properly, and now dealer told me they can't fix it, its company fault, I have spoken with roberto from customer care at hyundai but its more then a week he didn't give ne any feed back, I am very very dissapointed about this whole thing, pleade help
