Took in a car for service this morning. nO

I took in my car for service this morning. They were very slow in providing transport for the customers for drop off. The drivers were just dragging their feet. Customers had to end up calling for alternative transport. Now later in the afternoon again they haven't picked us up by 5pm which is the time they are supposed to close. No communication to customers of their delays or challenges. I call them they don't pick. Worried that I will not have my car back today still. The communication is very poor.
