Tired

Had my car taken in for service in February and asked them to have a look at my clutch as it was squeaking. It was not done. Since then I have called maybe 9 times trying to get information on when I can take my vehicle in, at first was told to just stop by and a man called Ivan would assist. when that was done Ivan told me to rather have it booked in (again) in case it was a bigger problem. then called for an appointment and was told no appointment to come in and just check it, I told them at the dealership that I was told by Ivan to cook it in and they took my info down and promised to get him to call me for clarity. I called again this morning and they again took my number for Ivan to call me back. help. frustration is an understatement
