They will sell you a car and ***** you over as well... Sell you all the bull****
Then I was told you take the service and motor plan out as well, as the brakes and all other necessary parts will be covered, except for the tyres. So I agree again listening to the BS I am being sold, Today my car goes for service, I am told I need to have the brakes replaced but this cannot be done as the vehicle was bought at 8000km, which means the policy only started at 8000km so I have to pay R3 086.00 from my pocket, which I clearly remember the F&I at Hyundai telling me that all this will be covered from day 1. Clearly that is not the case. – False information provided. I remember clearly asking if there was a certain waiting period, of which I was told NO. benefits kick in from the first day. BUT Hyundai The Glen has ****… They will sell a car as well as any ****, just to make a sale.
I ask the dealer servicing my car to please stamp the service book – Guess what – no service book in the car as well, so now, I will need to fork out cash again to buy a new service book, as Hyundai the glen did not provide us with one.
The day I bought the car, I asked for permits to be placed on the car, as I would like to have the number plates personalised. Hahahahah when I collected the car, the number plates were still on the car, I was told please go home and remove the number plates myself.
I asked for an additional quote to have the car registered and plates personalised at once, which would have been easier better faster, but I am still waiting for that quote and the dealer has registered the car already.
When the permit expired, I call the Friday and ask if I can please collect a new permit as the registration had not been done yet, I am told no problem, your permit will be ready, please collect on Saturday at reception, when I got there, NO PERMIT. I am told, sorry can’t help, please come back Monday.
The dealer finally delivers my number plates to my hubby’s offices, after the permit had expired and we had to call about 15 times to get things sorted, they deliver the number plates and no backing Plate, as the previous backing plate was damaged, of which the dealer knew about.
Buying an asset of this value should be a memorable, enjoyable experience, BUT this has now been a never ending nightmare… What a horrible, pathetic place to buy a car from.
My hubby chatted to the dealer principal, he promised to get back to us, but got all different staff members contact us, so he just could care, I complained to Hyundai directly, I was told they can’t assist, I must take them to court, then they will look into Something.
This a pathetic, no good dealer and will not advise any one to buy a car from them. I will not recommend them to anyone.
TERIBLE SERVICE …
