They dont take consumer serious

December 7th 2015 I bought the used Hyundai ix35 2013 model petrol manual ,January I book the vehicle to Boksburg dealership complaining about the vehicle for poor performance ,they book vehicle for service and they return vehicle saying the nothing wrong with it, I drove vehicle to Limpopo the car couldn't go on steep hills I needed to change down gears every now and then I came back and explain what was happening with car ,they asked me to leave vehicle for 2 days I got it back, I test drive vehicle it was the same I complain again that the car its same not giving me the performance, then I decided to take to another Hyundai dealer I explain about my problem with car ,they book it again but the story was the same ,saying nothing wrong with vehicle ask friend of mine who work at Kia to test drive vehicle he told me the something wrong with car I must ,go ask them to test drive can feel what I'm going through ,William explain to me that what I'm experiencing as exactly same problem with other ix35 , my problem I wanted to keep the vehicle for 5years , I'm frustrated now, I don't want the car anymore and I want my money back..
