they did not service my car right

I send my car for service on 2017/12/20 it was due for 135kilometer , then they called me saying its R5900 and I gave them go ahead as do the service as I normally do that all the years I have been servicing my car with them ,then they called me saying I must come and collect service done , I paid and took my car the following day when I wanted to start my car it showed a battery sign I then open the bonnet only to find out the battery is loose then tied it up , then on the 22/12/2017 I had to leave to the Eastern Cape but I didn't even ridge Bloemfontein my car was showing oil sign then it went on having a funny noise called Hyndai The Glen they refused to help me I was asking for my money as this service did not do any good for me instead it gave me misery but they refused to help or refund me I called a towing truck to Hyndai Bloemfontein charge me R1740.00 . My car still not been attended too still waiting for me to give them R5000 just to st******* my agene and another money to fix it can you please assist me
