Theft of satnav memory card after service

Following a service of my 2010 kia sorento at the heidelburg gauteng dealership my memory card was removed from my vehicles satnav system.when i noticed the satnav card was removed i contacted the branch as they were the only other people who had had access to my car since i last used my satnav.The dealership manager Mrs Annette Rodovic simply said the vehicles are kept locked on the premises and as no work was performed near the satnav system they will not be replacing my sd memory card.This even though the vehicle is cleaned after the service...unlocked of course...and serviced in the workshop unlocked again.<br> I dont have another vehicle with a satnav sytem so why whould i remove the card myself?I even said i would buy the sd card if they could just load the software.still a no.<br> Really appaling service and i will make sure all the people know about their service.
