theft

<p>I took my vehicle in because there are technical issues with my radio not working. this is something totally different then my complaint. They didnt have space for me and said they will have a look at my car if there is an opening. After all of this they did not have time for my vehicle which i understand. this is not the problem. the problem is when i got my vehicle back, my gps, boots and clothes were ****** from my vehicle even if they did not have a look at my car? So what do they go through vehicles to take things? i have lodged a complaint with the servicing manager at hyundai centurion. they did a polygraph test on the people and they assured me the test came back positive and someone was guilty. i have given them months to see what they are going to do to help me with my loss but no on even bothered to phone me. this is over R6000 worth of items. How can this be good service? I hate complaining and i have only gotten good service from hyundai centurion in the past with Jan, but how is this shop running? this is a huge loss for me and my vehicle is still not fixed i am so dissapointed.</p>
