The most horrible service experience from Germiston Hyundai

I took my vehicle for 180000km at Germiston, on they did the cluctch and told me to pick up my car on 26 October at 7 am. I arrived my car was not washed and the wheel alignment was completely out. I was so late for a meeting. My car is now so heavy on fuel I am sure they did not adjust the new spark plugs. My car has never in it lifetime ever used so much fuel. After every service it has been lighter on fuel not heavy. It was my first time serving my car at Hyundai Germiston and I had the worst experience of my life. And now my vehicle is using 15 l of fuel per km. I expect this to be sorted out as a matter of urgency. I want my fuel money reimbursed for this lack of service I want the fault found and sorted out from a supposedly reputable company.
