The Most Expensive Accent in KZN

I am hoping to get help.

In 2013 I have purchased a Hyundai i20 1.2 Spring Field

In 2015 November I had purchased a Hyundai H100 bakkie from Hyundai Woodmead – I was given a bakkie with the incorrect canopy and I had to take the bakkie back numerous times as there was noises from the vehicle. Due to my contract ending I could no longer continue the payment of the bakkie and approached Hyundai Woodmead explaining my situation in April. They could not assist as I was advised it is still the first year of purchase of the vehicle.

After numerous car companies I went to Hyundai Glen where I was given an offer to trade in both vehicles for the price of one and that they would load an amount making it possible for the deal to go through. I was given a Hyundai Accent Hatch 1.6 2016 model in September 2016.

I was advised by the lady in finance that by keeping the car in an excellent condition and mileage low I could come back in years’ time and trade in the vehicle starting from scratch a cheaper vehicle as an i10. “as the Accent would be on Loan” I was do not have the paperwork as it was promised to be emailed to me.

A year later I have emailed, and call the branch and I am unable to get ahold of the ladies that have assisted me. Then I get an email that I need a deposit to purchase another vehicle

I contacted Hyundai Springfield and they advised that there is no way that they can help me and I should speak to the DP of The Glen branch. I have attempted thrice to contact the DP is in a meeting or unavailable.

I am at my wits end I no longer wish to deal with them, I am really unhappy. I am aware that they where trying to assist me to take the bakkie of my hands but Hyundai has gotten two trade-ins for the i20 and H100 and a sale for the accent and i'm left with the a vehicle that i can not even trade in.

I am paying R6790.00 excl insurance for a vehicle book value now of R209 000.00 – I cannot afford this installment.. I just want a way forth.
