terrible service hyundai plumstead service center

<p>On the 30 May 2016, I took my car in for my annual service. I requested that they check my engine as my car was making a strange noise. They serviced my car replaced brakes and widscreen wipers and returned my car to me the same day. One week later 10 june 21016 , go to srart my car and my battery is completly dead even though no lights on. I check my service record and it clearly states my alternator bearings need to be replaced. Why was I not told this? Why was it not dealt with on the day. When I phoned to complain, all they could tell me is they dont what is wrong so I must get my car towed to them and they will reassess the problem</p>
