terrible service hyundai constantia

very horrible service received at hyundai constantia kloof i boughtc a hyundai i20n series n upon collection noted a few issues the spare tyre was completely worn with hardly any thread and metal sticking out the side skirt was very loose when driving over 120 there was a shudder on steering,and the car had no spare key when i asked for the car to be collected i was told that the wheels were changed and no alignment was done and to bring the car in myself i inforrmed them that when i previously bought a car frm hyundai my car was picked up 3 times for the car to be sorted and a curtesy car was provided..the cars tank was filles with a full tank of petrol. they eventually agreed to collect my car bt said that no curtesy car can be given i had wait after work for 2 hours to get my car back to get back home my tank was a quater (not filled correctly as per how its filled full when receiving a car)and brought back on empty side skirt was taken to be fixed and bought back still loose was just poor glue used to attach it when i mentioned this i was told i would have to bring the car back to be sorted out spare key received with poor quality i am paying over 200000 for a car with kind of pathetic service i am highly disappointed
