Terrible service

I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Bloemfontein on the 31st of May 2019. The initial deal involved a trade in where i was to be paid a certain amount in order to settle my car which i was selling to a different trade in company. The mamount was short paid by 1000 annd to date i have not received the short paid amount. Today i take my vehicle in for a servce and i am told that i have passed the service interval. When i took collection of the vehicle at +-29 000km i was tolf the car has been serviced for the 30 000km (and therefore my next service will be at 45 000km). I was also informed that my vehicle has a full service history (as it was pre-owned). Today i am told that the car was only serviced at +-21 000km and that i have travelled more than 23 000km since and therefore cannot get my required service. I have taken the liberty to call Liquid Capital who the service plan belongs to and they have told me that this vehicle does not actually have a full service history according to their records and that in 2018 the vehicle skipped a service.

From the beginning of my experience with Hyundai Bloemfontein i have experienced EXTREME dishonesty with Arno (Sales Manager) and Phillip(salesperson) and i have tried to negotiate and talk to them from my honest and documented paerspectivr( as i have the signed service plan documents with me to back up my information). They have been dodgey and not forthcoming and have cost me a R1 000 and noow exoect me to pay +- R4000 from my pocket for a service, when i was told i have a service pla. Arno has been extremely rude when talking to me and even refusing to give me timeframes when he will get back to me.

I am extremely dissapointed as i have received such bad service and coninue to receive this bad service. I want to know who should be responsible for this service plan and paying for this service that is now due .
