Terrible service at Hyndai Weltevreden Park

I am super frustrated with the service I am currently receiving at Hyndai Weltevreden Park. My car had a clutch problem. I went there on Monday and left the car, I was told they will only attend to it on Wednesday. On Friday I called to find out on the status of the car, I was told they basically have not started working on the car (not sure what they were doing on Wed & Thurs). Today is Monday, I still do not have my car, I keep on having to call them in order to get feedback on the progress on my car. The only time they called was because I left several messages to be called back. Its been 7days now without a car, I am super frustrated, I have never in my life received such a service. Even now I am writing this it is 17h30 and they have closed, I was supposed to receive an email with the invoice amount, but nothing I am still waiting. It is as if I am not a paying client but an after thought.
