Terrible service

I bought my car at Hyundai Van Riebeeck in 2013, the service was great! I refereed my friend who bought a car two months ago. We were helped by a man named Jaco Maritrz. When you refer person to salesman you get money for that. I filled in the documents required in order to get the payment for referral. Today is the 14th November 2017 I have not received a cent! When I call him, he gives we the run around, the account people are busy blah, blah. Next time I will not refer anyone to him and I'm writing this so people must be aware of him.
