The Sales Staff at this branch don't seem to care about Customers, I app**** for a Car Online and received email from Solomon.

Needless to say my application was declined, however i did not receive any communications from Solomon informing me of the outcome and had to send email after email which eventually he responded the next week, a simple call from Solomon would have been great but i ended up chasing him for an outcome.

My son then app**** for the same vehicle and 3 days later after calling and emailing i was informed by another salesman that the vehicle had been sold, again we are still waiting for responses to calls and email promising the we would be contacted back, and nothing to date
