TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HYUNDAI EAST RAND

DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE AT HYANDAI EAST RAND BRANCH!

The sales staff are very nice but once you purchase the car and have an issue, the service staff are rude, unprofessional, condescending and not helpful in the slightest.

The manager Wayde was very abrasive and rude from the get go. He kept aggressively talking over me and interrupting me, trying to intimidate me. Then he further condescended and ***ually harrassed me by calling me "love".

Overall there was zero effort to appease the situation. I regret buying from this dealership and would encourage others to stay away.
