Terrible customer service

I bought a car from Hyundai Hillcrest on the 4th of November. They told me every thing is ready until I got there and realised there was no smash and grab on the Windows and the tracker was not installed. when I asked I told it was gonna be sorted in a few days. After follow ups the tracker was installed however to this date they haven't given me money for Smash and grab which they were supposed to have done before collection. Worst of all my permit have expired and I have been begging them to send me my registration plates which they have been promising to courrier. I cant drive anywhere with an expired permit. The manager keeps saying he will get the salesman to call me. No one is getting back to me???
