Terrible Client Service

I bought a vehicle from this dealership last year. The sales guy did not inform me once that the vehicle did not come with a service plan so i thought everything was catered for. Muliple times did my car go there for a noise which was a bearing that needed to be replaced and it was booked under a service for that noise inspection. My book was initially never stamped when i bought the car and then 6 months later they state that it indeed had a sevice in 2017 never once did they state that i didnt have this plan. Insteed of admitting they stuffed up and didnt provide a proper customer service they continue to state that the model never came with that service. Even when i spoke to the manager he was just as defensive as his salesman. The sale is done they cant do anything thats their saying its my problem to deal with. Never dealing with them again or by word of mouth will make sure nobody i know will ever deal with them too.
