Hyundai Strydom Park - Incorrect assessment/Diagnostic on my H1. What a Shocking experience! Stop Taking advantage of WOMEN!

My H1 was booked in for a normal Service and fault finding assessment on my Turbo, just before we could go on holiday.

I was advised that my turbo had to be replaced, and intercooler to be flushed on replacement. The cost of this turbo replacement was in access of R75000.00 I Nearly fell of my seat, they even sent me a pro forma invoice for the cost to replace my turbo from Zack.

I know my car and new this report was incorrect, I called the Workshop manager to confirm and he too said it is correct. This was a **** to get quick money before the festive period! I am disgusted at this !

I paid for the service on my car and took it for a second opinion to a REPUTABLE registered turbo specialist company in PTA (Supplier to almost all insurance companies)

They had checked that the boost on my turbo was in high performance for the vehicle and ran a test on the turbo said that my turbo was in excellent condition. Nothing wrong absolutely nothing, all that was needed, "Tightened one of my clamps"

I would have forked out almost 75K to replace my turbo that didn't need to be replaced. People think that women are ******** when it comes to cars, well this Hyundai really took a chance on a woman who knows cars especially my own.

I would not recommend anyone to this branch especially women, this is an ********* business to entrust your possessions or your trust in.

As a dealer, you really bring Hyundai to disrepute due to your *********** and ********* staff.

I will be taking this to your Country Lead.
