Still waiting for spare keys

I purchased my Kia Sportage from Hyundai Midrand a couple of months ago. I was informed by the salesman that I will be contacted as soon as the spare keys arrive. Rhyno was the Salesman that assisted me with purchasing the vehicle. I have now phoned and mailed multiple times and each time I phone I am told that he will follow up and get back to me. I still have no feedback. Additionaly I received no bootcover with the vehicle . I understand I purchased the vehicle as is but I expected more. I am quite upset about the spare keys and need Hyundai to get back to me. I warned the salesman I would escalate and received no response.
