still no books after 7 months Hyundai

I purchased a Sonata from Hyundai and there was no owners manual with the car , the sales man promised to get the bookand to date no book has been forthcomming , the second contact he claimed to have forgotten and would get right on it , the third contact ,the parts department has closed down and now will take 3 months to get from Korea ,
