Still faulty

My I10 which has a knocking noise from the back breaks when break are app**** is still not fixed after the 5th attempt and also coming back from it's recent service. <br> <br> This branch is totally useless with customer service. After numerous attempts trying to deal with the dealer principal and workshop manager, I have had no feedback via email or telephone. I have had such poor service from this garage even after they scratched it after the last service. Unfortunately we are stuck here with choice of dealerships and as the car is still new we have to have it serviced by a dealer. Time to change car brand.
