Still awaiting spare key and vehicle papers

I bought a used Hyundai i20 in Sept from Hyundai Culemborg CT. When I fetched the car I did not get the spare key but was assured that it is available at the branch where the carvwas sourced (Milnerton) I will receive it soon. Imtiyaaz the sales person responsible kept on making empty promises about the key. He contacted me in Nov saying the key is available, when I went to fetch it it turned to be the incorrect key he promised to give a call the following week. Been waiting for the call since. I advised him of problems im experiencing with the car he said he will send it for a diognostic test which he never did. After signing the contract he promised to email the copy to me, that never materialised as well. To say this was the worst service Ive ever received would be an understatement.
