Stay Away From Hyundai Springs

After purchasing vehicles at different dealerships my whole life,I must say that Ross Henderson the so called “DP” at Hyundai Springs has given me such a fat Toffee !! Like nothing I have experienced before..... Bought a high mileage car with “Full Service History “ and after a few days discovered a vibration problem over 100km an hour and after doing the obvious wheel balancing etc then had various drive train and Automatic gearbox people diagnose the problem being a faulty Torque Converter. All this diagnosing at my own cost with zero assistance from the dealers catching lifts to appointments whilst diagnosing etc and guess what, after 1500km from delivery date there is no warranty ? Ross initially offered assistance and now simply refuses to call back or answer emails. This pathetic warranty was never discussed with me ever, but ok so Springs Hyundai obviously hide behind this, so beware buy elsewhere-or have a AA test immediately cause Ross Henderson will **** you the biggest toffee you have ever seen !!!!
